I'm Steve Moitozo. My dad was into all sorts of things when I was a kid: hunting, fishing, manufacturing, real estate development, etc. So, I grew up around nature, ATVs, heavy equipment, building projects, and resourceful outside-the-box thinkers. Over the years I've been involved with hot rods, building projects, fabrication projects, and more.

In 2020 my family started the search for a piece of off-grid property to make our own. Since then we've been working steadily to turn it into a simple, slow, and secluded place to enjoy together. Little did I know that developing this property would reconnect me with my roots and serve as a kind of therapy for me.
